DNA testing has confirmed with 99% certainty that Oklahoma Man Dustin Walker, the stepfather of an 11-year-old girl, is the father of her newborn baby, according to the Muskogee County District Attorney’s Office.

The girl gave birth over the weekend without medical care or support. She lived with Walker and her mother, Cherie Walker, both of whom are now in custody on child neglect charges and face additional counts pending the final paternity results, expected in two weeks. Continues…
