The Accident That Shook a Community

According to the Military Highway Police (PMRv), the crash occurred on one of the winding and scenic curves that define this part of the SC-390—a highway admired for its natural beauty but notorious among locals for its risks. The collision involved a BMW S1000 RR motorcycle and a Renault Sandero. Initial findings indicate that the motorcycle may have drifted across the center line, resulting in a direct impact with the oncoming vehicle.

Emergency services were immediately dispatched to the scene, including firefighters, paramedics, and highway patrol officers. Responders provided urgent medical assistance and swiftly transported the injured motorcyclist to a nearby medical facility. Unfortunately, despite all efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival. Out of respect for the grieving family, authorities have chosen not to release his
