The internet has ID’d the third woman caught on jumbotron next to cheating couple at Coldplay concert, and everyone is saying the same thing about her

The Internet is still buzzing over a now-viral kiss cam moment featuring Astronomer CEO Andy Byron and the company’s Chief People Officer, Kristin Cabot, at a Coldplay concert in Boston.

Caught cuddling on the Jumbotron during Chris Martin’s “Jumbotron Song,” Byron had his arms around Cabot as she leaned into him. When they saw themselves on screen, Cabot covered her face while Byron ducked out of view. Martin quipped, “Oh look at these two. Oh, what? Either they’re having an affair or they’re just really shy.”

Social media quickly exploded with speculation, and attention soon turned to a third person caught in the clip — Alyssa Stoddard, another Astronomer employee.

Stoddard, reportedly the Senior Director of People, joined Astronomer in January 2025. Her LinkedIn lists past roles at Proofpoint, ObserveI, and Little Sparks Project. Just last week, Cabot promoted her to her current role.

Many viewers pointed out that Stoddard’s reaction seemed telling — as though she already knew about the rumored relationship between Byron and Cabot.

“She’s the recent hire who just got a promotion,” one comment noted.

Another added, “She’s cute with a great smile – supposedly in HR and a direct report to the woman on the screen.”

A third commenter speculated, “She was the loud, feminist friend pushing for it all.”

Others suggested a deeper twist: “When it comes out that this lady is best friends with the wife… that may be the bigger drama.”

The drama continues to unfold online.
