Kate Kaufling, a 20-year-old sophomore nursing student at the University of Kentucky, passed away on March 31, 2024, after a courageous battle with osteosarcoma. Born in 2003, Kate was a vibrant member of the UK dance team and Tri Delta sorority, sharing a special bond with her twin sister Abbey, who was also on the team.
