Patrick Adiarte’s life traced an extraordinary arc from wartime Manila to American television history. Born in 1942 in the Philippines, he survived World War II, emigrated to the United States in 1946, and became a U.S. citizen a decade later. On screen, he brought quiet dignity and warmth to roles that might otherwise have been overlooked, from Ho-Jon on MASH* to a memorable appearance on The Brady Bunch.

His talent extended across stage and screen, with performances in The King and I, Flower Drum Song, Bonanza, and Hawaii Five-O. Later, he turned to teaching dance at Santa Monica College, sharing his craft with a new generation.
