Garth Brooks’ accuser claims star hired hitman to ‘murder her’

The woman who accused Garth Brooks of sexual assault also shockingly claimed that the country music singer “planned to hire” a hitman “to murder her,” according to court filings.

Brooks, who claims his accuser has “hassled” him “to no end with threats, lies, and tragic tales,” made the shocking claim in a lawsuit.

Superstar Garth Brooks, 62, was accused of violent rape and sexual assault in a lawsuit that rocked the country music industry.

A number of sexual misconduct incidents, including “sexual grooming,” “creation of a sexually hostile work environment, unwanted sexual touching, and sexual assault,” are alleged in the case, which was brought by “Jane Roe.”

Roe claims that the unwanted behavior began in 2019 when she showed up for a style session at Brook’s house. The “Much too Young” singer allegedly came out of the shower, greeted her nude, and insisted that she touch him. Later that year, she also describes a horrific rape in explicit and unsettling detail.

As we now know, Brooks and his wife Trisha Yearwood collaborated with Jane Roe, a former hairstyle and makeup artist, for fifteen years.

“Torturing effort”
As the “victim of a shakedown,” Brooks addressed the accusations in a filing in which he calls the accuser “Jane Roe” and himself “John Doe.”

He originally argued that his accuser attempted to blackmail him “into paying her millions of dollars” in exchange for her silence, and he sought a judge to grant both sides anonymity.

The “Shameless” singer, however, filed a second complaint on October 8 after the woman’s lawyers “disclosed” his name to the media. In it, he names his accuser as his former stylist and claims that if she is permitted to continue “defamation, and false light invasion of privacy,” he will “suffer irreparable harm to his reputation, his family, and his career.”

According to Brooks’ lawsuit, he was initially made aware of the accusations against him on July 17 after receiving a letter outlining her claims from her lawyer.

According to the records, Brooks asserts that Roe originally asked him for financial support at a trying time, and although he initially granted her request, she reportedly developed avarice.

The stylist “apparently encountered financial difficulties and asked [Brooks] for financial assistance,” according to Brooks’ attorney, “shortly after moving to Mississippi.”

Out of friendship, devotion, and a desire to help [Roe’s] condition, [Brooks] complied. However, [Roe’s] requests for financial support only grew stronger, and in the end, [Roe] asked [Brooks] for medical benefits and salaried work.

He claims that once Brooks declined, Roe responded by making unfounded charges, which he describes as a “intentional infliction of emotional distress through outrageous conduct,” and by making “continuous attempts at extortion.”

“Hush money”
The country music hitmaker’s petition describes the private threats made by his former stylist, who was aware that Brooks’ “well-earned reputation as a decent and caring person” would be irreparably harmed by her accusations.

Threats, falsehoods, and heartbreaking stories about what would happen to me if I didn’t sign a check for millions of dollars have plagued me nonstop for the past two months. In a statement released on October 4, Brooks compared the experience to having a loaded rifle waved in front of him.

“Hush money is still hush money, regardless of its amount. That implies, in my opinion, that I am confessing to actions that I am incapable of performing—ugly deeds that no human being should ever commit against another.

“I want to play music,” he continues.I wish to carry on our good actions in the future. The fact that these amazing things are now under doubt makes my heart ache. I am not the man they have portrayed me as, I have faith in the system, and I do not fear the truth.

Hitman
A massive bombshell that completely changes the scenario is hidden in Brook’s file.

“Defendant also alleged a belief that Plaintiff planned to hire someone to murder her,” the country music icon discloses. Next, the form states that there is “no basis in fact” for any of Roe’s charges.
