Trump Labels Obama ‘Leader of the Gang’ Behind Alleged Plot

Trump accused Obama, who served from 2009 to 2017, of leading the effort to create the controversial intelligence assessment. He said, “If you look at those papers, they have them stone cold, and it was President Obama… the leader of the gang was Barack Hussein Obama.”

He added, “It’s criminal at the highest level. Joe Biden, James Comey, James Clapper, John Brennan — the whole group was involved.” Trump called the actions “tre.as.on” and said they tried to steal and obfuscate the election.

This call for prosecution follows a criminal referral by Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard to Attorney General Pam Bondi. Gabbard alleges Obama violated the law
