That means refusing suspicious bargains, favoring reputable brands and certified suppliers, and treating vague ingredient lists as red flags, not marketing quirks. It means smelling, checking, and discarding anything that seems off—without hesitation or guilt. Above all, it means shifting from passive trust to active guardianship. Your cupboard is not automatically safe; it becomes safe only when you decide nothing goes into your body—or your child’s—without earning your confidence first.
