Baking soda makes you younger and more beautiful. Here’s how to use it

Baking soda is a powerful ingredient with a multitude of uses, starting from the kitchen, and throughout the household and bathroom.

Even though in most cases we use it to raise dough, it can also be used to remove odors from carpets, clothes, and surfaces in the home and effectively whiten clothes.

It can also significantly enhance beauty as it is a powerful natural aesthetic product. However, it also has a high medicinal capacity. Namely, it can treat various health problems and body ailments.

Baking soda should be consumed in moderate amounts and in small doses. Regular consumption has been proven to improve body functions, as it regulates the pH level in the body, reducing acidity.

Baking soda water is one of the oldest and most widely used remedies in the world.

It is an excellent way to protect the body against a large number of diseases.
These are some of the uses you probably didn’t know:

Eliminates sweating

Use it to make a natural home deodorant that will keep your undercoat fresh for a few hours.

Just mix a few drops of your favorite essential oil with 4 tablespoons of baking soda. Then, use this combination on your armpits to kill the bacteria that are causing the unwanted odor.
Removes body odor

Add a small cup of baking soda to your bath and soak in it for at least half an hour.

Fill the bathtub to neutralize bad odors and clear oily skin. Fight bacteria and acids. To soften skin, repeat this bath once or twice a week.

Soft skin

Add baking soda to soapy water and massage feet and hands with the resulting mixture to moisturize skin. Then wash it off.

Healthy nails

Apply a mixture of 3 parts baking soda to 1 part water on your nails to make nails and cuticles healthier. Rinse off the mixture after application.

Freshens breath

Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda to a glass of water and stir until dissolved. Gargle with this mixture to kill bacteria, treat bad breath and disinfect the throat and oral cavity. Repeat every day.

Keeps hair healthy and clean

Commercial shampoos and conditioners are loaded with harmful chemicals that destroy scalp balance and weaken hair. However, once a month, use baking soda to keep your scalp and hair healthy.

Teeth whitening

Toothpaste tubes for whitening always contain baking soda. If you mix it with hydrogen peroxide, you get a powerful natural whitening agent. Use it once a week to avoid damaging tooth enamel.

Face mask:

Ingredients:

Baking soda

Apple cider vinegar

Honey

1/2 lemon

Preparation:

Add one teaspoon of apple cider vinegar to half a glass of water. In another container, add a little baking soda and then slowly add the vinegar and water mixture. Add the juice from half a lemon and stir until smooth.

Usage:

Wash your face thoroughly to open pores and remove all traces of makeup. Then use a soft cloth to dry it off. Apply the mask evenly to the face and leave it on for 5-10 minutes. Then wash it off with warm water and again with cold water to close the pores.

In a short period of time, your skin will regain its natural, healthy glow.
For beautiful heels:

You need:

3 tablespoons baking soda

4 litres of water

Add baking soda to hot water to dissolve and soak feet in solution for 20 minutes.

After that when the feet are thoroughly soaked exfoliate with a pumice stone. Rinse well with warm water and wipe well until dry. Then apply a nourishing cream, Vaseline or foot cream and put on cotton socks. It is advisable to do this before going to bed and to sleep with the socks on overnight.

You will notice the first effects after the first treatment. Do this for a week then take a break for a day and repeat for another week. Repeat this treatment three times and your feet will look smooth and silky to the touch.

For hair

Mix baking soda and water in a bottle in a ratio of 1:3. In the future you can adapt this ratio to the particular needs of your hair.

The remedy can be applied to both wet and dry hair. Start with the roots and work towards the ends. 1-3 minutes after application wash the head thoroughly with warm water.
After rinsing your hair, you can apply vinegar conditioner.

Vinegar conditioner

Mix apple cider vinegar with water in a ratio of 1:4. You can also add a few drops of lavender, peppermint or rosemary essential oil, so the smell will be more pleasant. It would be good to prepare this mixture in advance, so that you always have it handy when bathing.

How do you apply it?

Lay your head back and close your eyes to avoid contact with the vinegar. Apply the conditioner all over your hair, if you have long hair, then bend your hair forward and apply the conditioner to the ends. After a few seconds you can rinse your hair with cold water. Cold water will keep moisture in the scalp, smooth the hair and give it a healthy shine.

Baking soda dissolved in water is an ideal remedy to fight microorganisms that cause colds, flu and allergies.

Although it doesn’t taste very good, baking soda water is extremely beneficial to health and is recommended for daily consumption. Start adding it to your diet and you’ll notice the positive effects after a short time.
