Initial reports from the Aston Township Police confirmed that emergency crews were dispatched to the intersection of Lehr Boulevard and Concord Road at approximately 2:18 p.m. on a Saturday. There, first responders found two young girls suffering from life-threatening injuries after being struck by a vehicle while riding an electric scooter (e-scooter), from which they fell off.

Both were given immediate medical assistance at the scene before being rushed to a nearby hospital, where they were listed in critical condition.

The driver of the car involved remained at the scene and cooperated fully with authorities. While no criminal charges or citations have been filed, the investigation remains ongoing, led jointly by Aston Township Police
